this new york times campaign got major attention when it was released. that's partially because it's a big brand making a move into virtual reality and partially because of the big name hollywood actors they got to star in the shorts like casey affleck, don cheadle, ruth negga, natalie portman, and kristen stewart. i edited the vr promo videos with milk studios and they're changing the game with really innovative vr content. such a fun idea to combine the nyt with milk studios on a future/throwback project where black & white films were made with virtual reality. not sure what the future looks like, but i'll be there as a vr editor and a virtual reality director.
